The Centre runs a variety of free services and programs designed to create connections and friendships amongst all women and provide important clinical health services and counselling to women and their families.

A Health & Wellness Library: All members are welcome to borrow books and video’s on a wide variety of subjects including depression, parenting, menopause, sexual health and Aboriginal issues.
