
Self-Care for Busy Mums (Two Week Group Program)
Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed and like your needs come last in the family?
In this two-week group program, facilitated by our Well Women’s Life Coach, you’ll learn simple and effective self-care practices that nurture your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, amidst the demands and busyness of motherhood. You will walk away with tools and practical strategies to help you to make self-care a sustainable part of your life, leading to greater overall health, happiness and fulfilment.
Each week, in addition to covering practical self-care tips, we will explore topics that include establishing and maintaining boundaries, making time for self-care in your busy schedule, implementing routines as well as, uncovering limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from prioritising self-care.

Both sessions will be held in-person at the Hedland Well Women’s Centre on the following dates:
Week 1: Thursday 24th July / 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Week 2: Thursday 31st July / 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Please note that by registering for this program, you must be available and able to commit to attending both sessions.
Investment: $25 (includes light refreshments, workbooks/worksheets to take home)
This is a closed, group coaching program with limited spaces available. Numbers are capped to keep the group small and intimate. This will be a dedicated time just for you to relax, recharge and focus on your well-being. As such, this is delivered as a child-free program and childcare services will not be available. We encourage you to take this opportunity to prioritise yourself and arrange someone to care for your children during these sessions, whilst you enjoy a well-deserved break.
